Our Story
Community Heart was created by young women whose lives have been deeply affected by cancer and the incredible support we received from our community during some of life’s most difficult moments. From meals and gift cards to fundraising efforts, care packages, and personal visits, we experienced firsthand how meaningful even the smallest acts of kindness can be during a cancer journey.
Through our experiences, we recognized the need for a more connected and accessible way for people to give and receive support. We saw how powerful community can be when people come together with compassion, encouragement, and a willingness to help. That realization became the foundation for Community Heart, with a mission to connect those affected by cancer through a network of support.
Today, Community Heart brings people together through community events, fundraising efforts, outreach, and thoughtfully assembled care packages that support individuals and families affected by cancer — reminding them they never have to face it alone.
